Ketamine Assisted Coaching (KAC)

Research indicates that ketamine treatments combined with psychotherapy or psychedelic coaching improves outcomes for individuals with Treatment-Resistant Depression. This practice has been shown to boost response rates and extend periods of remission. To uphold this cadence, we advise weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions within the critical 24-hour window following Ketamine treatment. By intertwining the profound effects of ketamine with the depth of coaching, we strive to cultivate a powerful and enduring healing experience for our patients. However, different from most psychotherapy models, we champion a strengths and values based model of personal growth and leadership development. This is an intentional movement away from the traditional and common talk therapy approaches that fail to incorporate the mind/body connection.
